They will likely have to enable IMAP or POP for you to access the exchange 
server.  We have RPC over HTTPS for everyone and IMAP access for select 
accounts like the ones used for Remedy.

Thanks for the reply. According to mu exchange admin no protocol is enable
except RPC over HTTP. I really dont understand what he means , Confused
!!!!!!!!!.

Please suggest if MAPI is also not enabled what i should do ?
