Sharon, I thought maybe you were running midtier 7.0.1 patch 3 or earlier. This is similar to the error messages we got upgrading from 6.3 to 7.1. Handling of namespace(xmlns:) changes when crossing the 7.0.1 patch 003 threshold. But, if all your components were beyond this point when it all was created then that's not what's going on...
