Hi All, I am trying to install remedy 7.5 inmy Sun Solaris 9 with oracle 10g database.
As per the worksheet, i was almost end of the installation. When the installer try to start the AR system server services, it was failed. Then it throws the error message AR system server install failed. When i view the arStart.log file, it is giving the following error. **************************************************** Action Request System initializing. Starting AR System Server (ARNOTE 0) Starting AR Monitor version 7.5.00 Build 200812291922. (ARNOTE 0) AR Monitor started. (ARNOTE 0) ARMonitor child process (pid:6287) started. ./arserverd ld.so.1: ./arserverd: fatal: libCstd.so.1: version `SUNW_1.2' not found (required by file ./arserverd) (ARNOTE 0) Unable to receive indication that server is up. ****************************************************************. My Unix Admin asked me the exact patch level required for the installer, but i am not able to find it in the Comp Matrix, since they have mentioned only Solairs 9. Can you please help me how to fix this issue and what causes this error? Also let me know if any one want to view my installation log files.
