We have upgraded to 7.1 ,if you can send your installation log ,it would be helpful for me to debug.

As per the worksheet, i was almost end of the installation. When the installer try to start the AR system server services, it was failed. Then it throws the error message AR system server install failed. My Unix Admin asked me the exact patch level required for the installer, but i am not able to find it in the Comp Matrix, since they have mentioned only Solairs 9. Can you please help me how to fix this issue and what causes this error? Also let me know if any one want to view my installation log files.
