Tony, was trying from my outlook the whole time and noticed all my incoming emails from my outlook had a single .eml attachment. For giggles, I forwarded one of the emails to my gmail account that had a single .doc file. Emailed it to the incoming mailbox in question and it DOES show the .doc attachment. Now I need to figure out why that incoming mailbox is creating a .eml file for my outlook emails....
