Any one know where the configuration field is to set the number of days to auto close an Incident? I see it's in Rules for Change, but cannot seem to find it in manuals or anywhere on any forms I looked at for Incident.
I'm either staring right at it and don't see it, they've hidden much better in this version, or it is no longer a configurable Item...
