ARS 7.1, ITSM 7.0.03, Windows, MS SQL.
Maybe I'm missing something here, but this is new to me:
We need a method of auditing, in Remedy, the time a user logs in, user ID,
all that sort of thing, including when he or she logs out.
It seems like there should be something in Remedy that does that, but I
can't find it. Obviously, it is either obvious or it isn't there.
