Hey Chris, seems to me you are the best candidate to update the BMC white papers on hardware specs for ITSM installations on Windows.... maybe BMC should contract you, to help them out on performance testing...and creating HW specs :-)

These should help SQL Server quite a bit, but would most likely be wasted on any of the still 32-bit BMC Remedy products. I am only looking for some information. We need to replace my production environment. We are currently in a Windows environment on XP. We have 7k+ users but concurrent connections are 750 max.
