Subject: Filter qualification: verify a field value has NOT changed

**

Hi Listers,

I know this is elementary but my brain is chasing itself in circles today. I
need a qualification to ensure that a filter will only fire if a field value
has not changed. Will 'FieldA' = 'DB.FieldA' do it or am I missing something?
