I hate when these discussions start again.  Your original qualification will
work for ensuring that you capture change.  Introducing TR into the mix then
makes you consider 'is it going to null' etc...but the simple one you have
defined originally should check to see if it's changing.

Hi Listers,

I know this is elementary but my brain is chasing itself in circles today. I
need a qualification to ensure that a filter will only fire if a field value
has not changed. Will 'FieldA' = 'DB.FieldA' do it or am I missing
something?
