Deploying a form is one of the things I do and don't miss from the RemedyWeb
days.  Creating/maintaining special views just to deploy a form to the web
was a bit of a pain but it did allow you to select what forms would be
available from a web interface.

Now days this goes back to the suggestion of using a Tomcat/Apache
combination where you can use mod_rewrite to manage what forms are
accessible.  I you could probably write an ISAPI filter for IIS I suppose.
