Manual? You were handed a manual??? Okay, I started late on v5, but was sat in front of a PC with the admin tool and told to learn. No manuals! Coming from a more traditional coding background (FoxPro, RPG IV), there was a fair old learning curve in the concepts .... I think it took 6 months before I was put onto a course.
