You are welcome.. That is exactly what Remedy support told me.. that if I do not have ITSM 7.5, patch 3 for SRM is not for me.. It must be the answer to your problem too if you do not have ITSM 7.5..

Then I tried patch 1, it looked like it worked (no errors in the logs), but the system says SRM no patch. I tried patch 2, but that hung as well.
