I tried that, and all it did was append what I entered to the URL it is
building. 7.1 didn't do that before that I noticed.

I wasn't able to find an example of format to put in there, perhaps I
did it wrong. Do you have a sample you can provide that you know works?

Thanks,

Mark

AR System Administration Console - System - General - Server Information
: Advanced tab - Email Notification Web Path :

It's the same on 7.1.x and 7.5.x,

We cannot seem to locate where Remedy stores the AR server name that it
inserts into the URL on a notification.

ARS 7.5

SQL Server

Windows OS

For example:

The URL in the email is something like this:

http://<webserve>...<ARServer>...12345
<http://%3cwebserve%3e...%3cARServer%3e...12345>

The ARServer is wrong, and doesn't work. We've tried the configuration
form, server configuration tab, etc, but no luck.

Anyone know where this is stored so we can correct it?

It is putting the full path server.xyz.com instead of just server.

Thanks,

Mark
