On the Authored For Groups tab the table at the bottom is the list of
support groups that can see the template.

I am running in to a problem that I am hoping someone might have a solution
for.  I am trying to create templates for Incident Management, but none of
them are visible after creation.  There are no issues during the creation
process itself, but I have tried with multiple users, and nobody has
visibility to use the templates.  I am supposed to be doing a demo of the
templates in three hours.  Any help would be appreciated.
