From: Action Request System discussion list(ARSList) [ mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of Shane Buchholz Sent: Wednesday, September 02, 2009 10:51 AM To: [email protected] Subject: ITSM 7 Incident Templates ** I am running in to a problem that I am hoping someone might have a solution for. I am trying to create templates for Incident Management, but none of them are visible after creation. There are no issues during the creation process itself, but I have tried with multiple users, and nobody has visibility to use the templates. I am supposed to be doing a demo of the templates in three hours. Any help would be appreciated.
