Hi all- We are not using the RKB product but I'm interested in any information out there about integrating an MS Sharepoint install that contains troubleshooting documents into my custom Remedy installation. Ideally once a user selects the CTI and types a short description of the problem they would be presented with documents from the Sharepoint that are relevant. I am running 7.0.1 at the moment but will be upgrading to 7.5 next year. I have to imagine that someone out there has done this already, any pointers to get me going in the right direction would be much appreciated.
