Ideally once a user selects the CTI and types a short description of the problem they would be presented with documents from the Sharepoint that are relevant. I am running 7.0.1 at the moment but will be upgrading to 7.5 next year. I have to imagine that someone out there has done this already, any pointers to get me going in the right direction would be much appreciated.
