Good morning, afternoon and evening all, Here is a question posed to BMC with no response so far. As we know all of the ITSM 7 foundation data has been placed in a number of different forms with no way of placing this data some type of lock down or good audit trail (other then the last one who modified the record).
So my question to the greatest and most intelligent group of Remedy programmers that exists in this world or any world (if you believe that there is Remedy in other worlds), is “How to audit and validate changes to all foundation data and where is all of the data stored?” That is if an audit of all changes to all foundation data is requested, how could anyone provide that information, without modifying the system? I was asked the question and had some programming ideas, but the customer is trying to stay out of the box.
