In Oracle 11g, you can use a new feature called Flashback Data Archive. The good thing is that you don't need to develop anything or configuring anything in Remedy, it's all done at the database level

So my question to the greatest and most intelligent group of Remedy programmers that exists in this world or any world (if you believe that there is Remedy in other worlds), is "How to audit and validate changes to all foundation data and where is all of the data stored?" That is if an audit of all changes to all foundation data is requested, how could anyone provide that information, without modifying the system? I was asked the question and had some programming ideas, but the customer is trying to stay out of the box.
