Hi everybody, I have a question about Data Management Tool. I'm configuring a new Incident 7.3 but I can't figure in which xls specify Access Restrictions for people (I'm using multy tennancy and I want that one people can see only his company tickets). Also, how is possible to specify that a support user belongs to multiple groups?
