What version do you have?

You can find sets that are filled out with sample data for all the versions here - http://communities.bmc.com/communities/community/bmcdn/bmc_it_service_support/service_support_general?view=documents

Be sure and use the version that matches with the version of ITSM and the version of the Data Load Utility. There are improvements/ changes in the workbooks for each version.

Access restrictions are on the tab “17 CTM-PeopleAccessRestrictions” in the People spreadsheet.

For multiple assignments you simply have multiple rows in the “19 CTM-SupportGroupAssociation” tab.
