Hey Joe, According to the BMC Support person, this is contained in an OOTB filter. I have checked the vendor form created by the previous developer (I did not have Remedy when it was implemented, and no documentation was left for me) and I cannot find this "Sync" anywhere..
My issue is that every 2 weeks or so, the Remedy service has to be restarted b/c users are unable to login. ARS cannot authenticate users thru LDAP. I suspect a memory leak in the ARPLUGIN.Exe (it grows to 1.8GB). I also notice many LDAP errors in the arerrlog file. After support reviewed my logs they have me chasing this "sync" attribute that I cannot find for the life in me.. I just wanted to see if anyone out there knew of a "Sync" field related to LDAP. To the best of my knowledge there is no vendor form available that automatically binds all the required information from LDAP to ARS. The vendor form has to be built by you. So I highly doubt that there is a OTB filter, its got to be some piece of customization in your house..
