Hi there, Version 7.1.00 Patch 007 I configured one group named "Group1". Alert notifications are going to all users when any Change Assign to Group1. My requirement is Email notification should go to all users of Group1 when any change assign to that group.
In "NTE:CFG-Notification Events" form I select following options. Notification Event Type* System Default Module Name Infrastructure Change Notification Event Change Assignee Assignment Support Group ID SGP000000000876 (Group1 ID) Remedy Notification Method Email Individual Notifications Yes Group Notifications Yes And then save these options but still Alert notifications are going to users of Group1. Can anybody tell me where I am making mistake?
