ITSM 7.03 p5 ARS 7.1 Is there a way to configure a support group so that on assignment of an incident an assignee must be specified?
Reason: we have a few support groups that have 100's of members and group assignment would never make any sense. I know I could create a filter to enforce this rule but was wondering if ITSM can be configured to do it. Thank you.
