Dwayne - it could be a number of things but I would first check on some standard browser settings. We often have these problems if:
1. The site isn't added as a trusted site in the browser 2. Some settings in Options - Advanced in the browser need to be looked at, in particular one called something like 'Enable Integrated Windows Authentication' 3.
