Thanks, James! That's what I'm doing now but no matter what I put after the "goto=" I just get the Remedy login screen back. Here's what I have in my Run Process: http://<actualservername>/arsys/servlet/LogoutServlet?goto=http://cvtynet.cvty.com/. I also tried it as http://<actualservername>/arsys/servlet/LogoutServlet?goto=cvtynet.cvty.com/ but that also took me back to the Remedy login screen.
Any idea what I'm doing wrong?
