What does the install log say?

Currently running ITSM 7.0.03 Patch 9 with compatibility patch.

I have at times let it run for over 2 days just to make sure it actu

I have even tried ITSM 7.5, 7.5.01, and 7.6 with no patches and they
all stop at 43%.
