Just as an FYI – and I realize this is not a short term fix for your request – but in future versions of RKM (i.e. major/minor releases after 7.5.00), RKM will be a native AR System application like ITSM, SRM and SLM. Beyond the obvious strong benefits of being an AR-powered application (scalability, security, consistency of UI, compliance with industry standards, broad OS/DB/App or Web Srver/browser support, etc.) this also means that the application would be viewed and extended using AR System development tools like Dev Studio and the upcoming Localization Toolkit.
This is, by the way, another key identifier that BMC recognizes the strong value of AR System and expects to continue expanding BMC offerings powered by AR System. -David J. See the patch file readme (Starting on page 9). I would imagine this feature progressed into the 7.5 release but don't know for sure. That is really pity... I found the following facts as well: 1. Only customizable are the templates. 2. The Thesaurus functionality (Stop file as well) is not working with Cyrillic words and symbols. If someone else knew other restrictions, I will appreciate if share them with us.
