Sent before I meant to, I was able to modify the headings on the main page
and even the headings on the tabs etc... under the headings. The main
heading section is in the document under this section

##########################################
#TemplateServlet.java
##########################################
TemplateServer.Home=Home
TemplateServer.Authoring=Authoring
TemplateServer.Browse=BrowseTest
TemplateServer.Search=Search
TemplateServer.NewsFlashes=News Flashes
TemplateServer.Reports=Reports
TemplateServer.Settings=Settings
TemplateServer.LoggedInAs=Logged In As
TemplateServer.Logout=Logout

So if you just change the name here it will change it on the main heading.

Also you can just search for all references in this document to change it in
other places such as the browseservlet.
