    i can access the file localy and i grant full control access to the
shared folder and to the file and tried to map the folder as network drive
to be like local but still not working



    i changed the service log on with user exist in the twos servers with
the same password and it's not working too

    i face error "File pointer is NULL or not a valid file pointer (ARERR
295)" when i use $PROCESS$ PERFORM-ACTION-ADD-ATTACHMENT 1000000253 <Shared
File Path> in a filter when try to attach a file from shared path even if i
map it as a network drive.
    any ideas
