FYI.... If you are running ITSM 7.0 Incident Management along with SLM and
are trying to upgrade to ITSM 7.6 Patch 1, there is a defect (#
SW00343855) associated with the installer which would require an
intermediate step of upgrading to 7.5.1 Patch 3.
