I am WAY past that now, including upgrading SLM 7.1.00.002 to 7.6 and applying 
7.6.00.01 - back in early June.  I have never heard of any requirement to 
upgrade by way of 7.5.01.003, so of course I did not.. What did I miss?

FYI.... If you are running ITSM 7.0 Incident Management along with SLM and are 
trying to upgrade to ITSM 7.6 Patch 1, there is a defect (# SW00343855) 
associated with the installer which would require an intermediate step of 
upgrading to 7.5.1 Patch 3.
