When trying to run the OOB reports from Remedy 7.5 (ITSM 7.6) using the web interface (thin client), I get the following error: "Error during processing : ARERR [9260] Report location is missing from report settings configuration page. Please see your administrator." However, when I checked the Midtier Guide, it says: Our midtier Report settings is configured as No Report Engine, so that means we should be able to run the OOB reports of Remedy? Can someone confirm if either BusinessObjects Enterprise XI or Crystal Reports Server XI needs to be installed in order to run the OOB reports from Remedy using the thin client? Thanks! Regards, Kali
