Hello Kali, I'm currently running 7.5 so this fix may not work for you.
You can view reports by replacing the Crystal reports with AR System versions. To do this search the Reports form in the user tool and find the form calling the report. In my case it was HPD:helpdeskreportjoin. Now all of my print buttons work!
