Hi there

Our users are experiencing an error when attempting to launch the overview 
Console. They're getting the following error: 

ARERR [94] Timeout during database query -- consider using more specific search 
criteria to narrow the results, and retry the operation: (servername)

 

We get the same error when attempting to launch the Server Info page in order 
to enable logging.  Otherwise, the other modules or accessing tickets directly, 
seem to be working fine. 

 

Nothing has changed in our environment that we are aware of. Any suggestions of 
where to start looking? It occurred earlier also, and we restarted the ARS 
Services which seemed to immediately fix the issue. It just started happenning 
again though. 

 

We are running ITSM 7.0 and ARS 7.5
