Hi Larry We reboot the server weekly and on an as-needed basis. This morning we rebooted and the issue recurred after a while. And no changes that we're aware of. Thanks for the response!

It happens primarily when opening the Overview Console but happens occassionally on Problem or Incident Management console opening as well.
