Sam, All of us were once Remedy newbies. We gain knowledge with experience and training. None of us know everything as Remedy is a continuing work in progress.
I have attended several RUGS and taken away something of value from each. Remedy folks are a congenial group, ready and willing to share what they know. Even if the sessions are over your head now, the take away information will be there when you need it.
