Yeah, I think the only native ITSM app. I would recommend running on a mobile device would be maybe the Approval Console. That's IF it would run, which I'm not sure it would.
However, there are sound, proven alternatives from Aeroprise and MobileReach and a couple of others that do the translation for you.
