The problem is that the email service doesn't get created, not that it isn't 
running correctly ....

We just upgraded to AR server 7.5 patch 7 and after the upgrade and reboot
the outgoing mail server service refuses to be created.  A reinstall of the
mail client didn't help. Looks like there are several entries in the registry
but no idea why. Any help/suggestions/solutions?  BMC isn't  responding
very promptly to this critical situation so I'm looking at any and all possible
solutions.
