I ran an install not too long ago and the email service did not create. Below
is the instructions that BMC sent.

Now we can go ahead follow the steps below to create the Email Engine service
in the services console.

1. Please verify the below and then run the command.
D:\Program Files\Java\jre1.6.0_22\bin\client\jvm.dl -- Is the path to the
JVM.dll file.
D:\Program Files\AR System\AREmail\AREmaild -- Is the install directory of the
Email Engine

2. Run the following command.

> armaild.bat install "D:\Program Files\Java\jre1.6.0_22\bin\client\jvm.dll"
> "D:\Program Files\AR System\AREmail\AREmaild" 7603_build001 <ServerName>

3. The service should not get created in the services console.
