A reinstall of the mail client didn’t help. Looks like there are several entries in the registry but no idea why. Any help/suggestions/solutions? BMC isn’t responding very promptly to this critical situation so I’m looking at any and all possible solutions. ________________________________ Portions of this message may be confidential under an exemption to Ohio's public records law or under a legal privilege.
