Why vendor form when you could do a DB link to Clarify (I think you meant
that?) instead of writing a database plugin?

using Vendor form can I query external database to User tool in clarity we
have external data where user what to see some information from that
database. that external data can been see as a record in a regular form by
clicking a button in a table. The user should not modify or delete he can
only read it or query it ....does Vendor form satisfies this requirements.
