I believe what you are looking for is a View form....create a linked table
in your DB to the remote DB's table, then build a view form on top of that
view.

using Vendor form can I query external  database to User tool in clarity we
have external data where user what to see some information from that
database. that external data can been see as a record in a regular form by
clicking a button in a table. The user should not modify or delete he can
only read it or query it ....does Vendor form satisfies this requirements.
