Hi LJ Long wing, Thanks for the response and better solution I want to clarify first that I am trying to retrieve the external database is ARSystem 6.3 there is no ARServer just there is database in the same DB server and lot's of attachments and Tasks as well.I have created view which will get the change information to ma view form it is throwing the time out error so I have dropped using View form. So I trying to use the Vendor form can any one suggest me using the Vendor form can I be successful or is there any other different approach for this task.
