There is no workaround other than to cancel the print job after the first copy is finished printing. The end-user that was going to be impacted the most has simply refused to upgrade from XP. If you can print to SCREEN and then print this issue does not crop up. As far as an update, BMC closed our ticket and submitted a defect to Business Objects.

I didn't expect since using a different login worked fine. Tommy, any more information about the defect that is claimed or a workaround? I could not duplicate the issue because I just printed one time and saw only 1 copy print. Then I was finally told by the end-user that the first print always worked correctly. -----Original Message----- From: Action Request System discussion list(ARSList) [mailto:arslist@ARSLIST.ORG] On Behalf Of Hamilton, Scott Sent: Wednesday, August 24, 2011 1:47 PM To: arslist@ARSLIST.ORG Subject: Print Results in 18 copies For some unexplained reason, for a single user, she is now getting 18 copies of a printed Crystal Report directly to the printer when she clicks on a Print button in 7.1 using the User Tool. The same action for other users gives only 1 copy. I get the same behavior using her login on my computer. The web is unaffected by this problem. Is there somewhere in one of the system forms that the number of copies might be set for this action by a particular user?
