For some unexplained reason, for a single user, she is now getting 18 copies of a printed Crystal Report directly to the printer when she clicks on a Print button in 7.1 using the User Tool. The same action for other users gives only 1 copy. I get the same behavior using her login on my computer. The web is unaffected by this problem. Is there somewhere in one of the system forms that the number of copies might be set for this action by a particular user?
