Definitely same datatable - this particular example is pure ITSM 7.5.01 incident management console.
ARS & Midtier 7.5 patch 4 in prod (also seen with ARS & Midtier 7.5 patch 7 on dev) We are seeing this issue more consistently with a redirect from tomcat to IIS, it's hard to pin down.
