Hi Andrew,
Last time I had this issue, the user’s User Locale wasn’t set in the AR System User Preference form. When this happens, I believe AR uses the mid-tier server time. Kind Regards, Kevin Wong Senior Systems Engineer Fujitsu Australia Limited 2 Julius Avenue, North Ryde NSW 2113, Australia From: Action Request System discussion list(ARSList) [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of Andrew C Goodall Sent: Friday, 16 September 2011 4:03 AM To: [email protected] Subject: Discrepancy between date/time in table Vs. normal date/time field ** See attached jpg – notice the difference of reported date in the table vs. the reported date in the field below the table. The date/time in the table field is being reported from the server time/zone instead of the client time/zone. Client was Eastern time, web and app server were central time. Has anyone seen this behavior before?
