I'm having a bit of difficulty with this calculation. Are they asking for the "Description" or the "ID" field on the Business Time Segment form? I am finding that 7.4.6 takes some things very literally and others not as much. The ID would be: AGBC305B2A1C59UHVyTgtsjnUgOY8v The Description would be : Business Hours All of the samples have no spaces in the Business Time Segment name.
