The TAG as it used to be called is now ID. I've have found that it is case sensitive. Our tactics is to store the correct ID in another form to be looked up at run time and use a Menu option to allow the user to select it for integrity purposes.
Then you can properly use the $BIZTAG$ to substitute at run time. That's my take.
